  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Seaweed salad, for serving
  • Pickled ginger, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Combine the diced ahi tuna, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix gently and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place a generous serving of sushi rice at the bottom of a bowl.
  4. Top with marinated tuna, avocado slices, cucumber, and green onions.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy with seaweed salad and pickled ginger on the side.
