Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Toppings (e.g., butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water, then dry them thoroughly.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway, until a fork easily pierces through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly.

Notes
