  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag, pouring the marinade over them. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange the Chicken in the Air Fryer: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket, ensuring even spacing.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
  6. Let It Rest: Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
