  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey mustard
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté the chicken breasts in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Brush honey mustard evenly over each chicken breast.
