Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub each russet potato thoroughly under running water. Dry them off gently with a towel.
  3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each potato and rub to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket, ensuring enough room for air circulation.
