  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the Fruits: In a large bowl, combine the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut. Mix gently to ensure the fruits are evenly distributed.
  2. Prepare the Creamy Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, chopped nuts (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold it All Together: Carefully fold the creamy mixture into the fruit mixture until the fruit is coated.
  4. Chill for Maximum Flavor: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
