A refreshing and effervescent sangria that captures the flavors of autumn with apple cider, white wine, and sliced fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 bottle white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup club soda or ginger ale
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all of your delightful ingredients—apple cider, white wine, club soda or ginger ale, and your fruit. Don’t forget those cinnamon sticks if you want to add that cozy warmth!
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider and the white wine.
  3. Pour in the club soda or ginger ale for that refreshing sparkle.
  4. Add your sliced apple, orange, and lemon.
  5. Gently stir the mixture to blend all the flavors together.
  6. If you’re feeling it, toss in a cinnamon stick or two.
  7. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Once chilled, serve over ice.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the white wine with an additional cup of apple cider and the club soda with a splash of Sprite or tonic water. Leftovers can be stored for up to two days.
