A warm and comforting dessert featuring sweet apples topped with a crunchy oat mixture, perfect for any gathering.

  • 6 cups of sliced apples
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl, then pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Make the crumble topping by mixing the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, softened butter, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Top the apples with the oat mixture evenly.
  5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
  6. Serve warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes
