A comforting and indulgent dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with a creamy artichoke mixture and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the chicken in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Assemble the chicken in a casserole dish and spread the artichoke mixture evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy topping, broil during the last minutes of baking. Can substitute with turkey or plant-based proteins.
