A quick and easy Asian Cabbage Stir Fry packed with vibrant flavors and textures.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and bell pepper slices, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding snap peas or baby corn. You can substitute sesame oil with vegetable oil if needed.
