A delicious and healthy sesame chicken recipe that combines flavor with high protein content, perfect for meal prep or a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken in the hot pan until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the chicken and stir well.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally with rice or vegetables.

Notes
