A hearty pasta dish combining the flavors of cheeseburgers with creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with bacon and cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
  2. In a spacious skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula—around 7-8 minutes. Once cooked, drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the cooked and crumbled bacon to the beef, stirring well.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring thoroughly. Allow it to bubble gently for about 2 minutes.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and gradually mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan, stirring until melted.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine directly into the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Can be made ahead; store pasta and sauce separately. Great with a side salad or garlic bread.
