A lush, creamy filling made with Baileys Irish Cream, perfect for cakes, cupcakes, or tarts.

  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese, beating until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  6. Use the filling between layers of your favorite cake, or pipe it into cupcakes and tarts.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese is well softened to avoid lumps. Chill the bowl and beaters when whipping the cream for better results.
