Indulgent brownies swirled with rich Baileys Irish Cream, topped with a glossy ganache for a decadent dessert experience.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove the pan from heat, allowing it to cool slightly. Then, mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until everything is combined.
  6. Fold in the Baileys Irish Cream and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  9. For the ganache, heat the heavy cream until just boiling. Pour it over the chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth and glossy.
  10. Once the brownies have cooled, pour the ganache over the top. Let it set before slicing into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream or coffee for a delightful treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
