A simple and elegant dessert infused with the rich flavor of Baileys Irish Cream, perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, Baileys Irish Cream, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and mixture is warm but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and gently stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved and smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with chocolate shavings or whipped cream.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing for best texture.
