Delicious baked chicken legs marinated in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, and more.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, honey, and dried oregano to create a luscious marinade.
  3. Take those chicken legs and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the skin is golden and crispy.
  6. Serve your delicious baked chicken legs hot right out of the oven.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken legs for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
