A simple and nourishing breakfast packed with protein, perfect for lazy mornings.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Chopped herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped herbs and serve warm.

Notes

Grease the baking dish generously to prevent sticking. Optionally add sautéed vegetables for extra nutrition.
