Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish generously with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined, creating a light and airy mixture.
  3. Stir in the diced bell peppers, ham, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
