A simple and flavorful dish made with Greek yogurt and tender chicken, perfect for a weeknight dinner or gatherings.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the yogurt mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
