Delicious baked jalapeno poppers filled with creamy cheese and spices, perfect for gatherings and game nights.

  • 12 jalapenos, halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix in a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Stuff each jalapeno half generously with the cheese mixture, pressing slightly to ensure they are filled.
  4. Place the stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Lightly spray the poppers with olive oil to help achieve that gorgeous golden color.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapenos are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and watch them disappear in moments!

Notes

For less heat, opt for mild jalapenos or remove seeds and membranes thoroughly. Experiment with cheese blends for varied flavor.
