A simple yet elegant baked Mahi Mahi dish infused with lemon and garlic, perfect for busy weeknights or special dinner parties.

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in a baking dish and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
