A simple yet elegant dish that combines the richness of salmon with the nutritional benefits of fresh spinach and lemon.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pour in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet and place over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
