A delicious salmon dish with a sweet, tangy glaze that brings loved ones together around the dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets, skin-side down, for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Carefully transfer the salmon to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Brush the fillets with the remaining marinade and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with roasted vegetables or a light salad. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
