Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Banana slices for topping
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in mashed bananas to incorporate the banana flavor.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine the whipped cream into the banana mixture, being careful not to deflate the cream.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with banana slices and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Use overripe bananas for enhanced sweetness.
