A deliciously creamy dessert combining the flavors of cheesecake and banana pudding.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Optional: additional whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan to form an even crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated, being careful not to deflate the airiness.
  7. Add the sliced bananas to the cheesecake mixture, ensuring they’re evenly dispersed.
  8. Pour the creamy mixture over the cooled crust, spreading it out evenly.
  9. Cover the cheesecake and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until it has fully set.
  10. Serve topped with additional whipped cream and banana slices, if desired.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for best blending. Consider adding banana extract for more flavor.
