A vibrant and flavorful bowl featuring crispy chicken, colorful veggies, and a spicy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bang bang sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the brown rice according to package instructions in a pot.
  3. Cook the broccoli and sliced carrots in another pan until tender.
  4. Mix the cooked chicken, sliced into strips, with the bang bang sauce in a bowl.
  5. Assemble your bowl with layers of brown rice, veggies, and topped with the sauced chicken.
  6. Garnish with fresh green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

For quicker prep, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Adjust spice by adding sriracha or red pepper flakes if desired.
