Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the seasoned chicken in cornstarch until fully coated.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, then add the coated chicken.
  4. Fry the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a separate bowl.
  6. Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce mixture until well coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a healthier twist, consider baking the coated chicken at 400°F for about 20 minutes instead of frying.
