  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coat.
  5. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  7. Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce and serve hot, garnished with green onions.
