Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Rub the ribs with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place the seasoned ribs on the grill and allow them to cook for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Ensure to remove the membrane for optimal flavor and tenderness. Cook low and slow for best results.
