Savor the smoky flavors of these warm and gooey BBQ brisket melts, perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked brisket, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter the outside of each hoagie roll.
  3. Layer each hoagie roll with sliced brisket.
  4. Add BBQ sauce generously on top of the brisket.
  5. Lay a slice of cheddar cheese and a scoop of caramelized onions on each.
  6. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Slice in half and serve hot.
