A quick and flavorful beef stir fry packed with tender beef and vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef, cooking until nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about a minute.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables, sautéing until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle in the soy sauce and mix well to coat all ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
