A quick and delicious stir-fry of tender beef and crisp snow peas, infused with aromatic garlic and ginger, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly, such as flank steak)
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Introduce the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for another minute.
  4. Add the snow peas and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Combine the soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over a bed of fluffy cooked rice.

Notes

For added flavor, consider drizzling sesame oil or adding chili flakes to your dish.
