A nostalgic dessert combining rich whipping cream, fragrant berries, and crisp graham crackers, perfect for warm summer evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large bowl, mixing with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Create the first layer by spreading a generous layer of whipped cream in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Add a layer of graham crackers on top of the whipped cream.
  4. Layer on the mixed berries, mixing and matching for a vibrant color display.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  6. Chill and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight for the flavors to meld.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint before serving.

Notes

Ensure heavy cream is very cold before whipping for best volume. Don’t skip the chilling time to allow the cake to set perfectly.
