A comforting creamy vodka pasta that pairs vibrant tomatoes with a rich sauce, perfect for weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 400g pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Combine the crushed tomatoes and vodka, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in the heavy cream until fully combined.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
