A simple yet flavorful dish of creamy white beans sautéed with garlic and aromatic rosemary, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of white beans (cannellini or great northern)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice (optional) for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the white beans.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Combine the drained white beans and chopped rosemary in the skillet.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, cooking for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
