Delightful sliders that combine savory beef, melty cheese, and tangy toppings, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slider-sized buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Build your sliders by layering half of the cheese slices, followed by the cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and special sauce on the bottom half of the buns.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese slices and the top half of the buns.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders go well with crispy French fries or a garden salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
