Delicious bite-sized sliders that capture the iconic flavors of the Big Mac, perfect for game days or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), allowing it to get ready for these gooey, cheesy sliders.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, seasoning it well with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet to keep the sliders from being greasy.
  4. Grab a baking dish and place the bottom halves of the slider buns snugly in the dish.
  5. Evenly spread the sautéed ground beef atop the slider buns.
  6. Place a slice of cheese over the beef, followed by shredded lettuce and pickles.
  7. Dollop the Big Mac sauce over the toppings for that iconic taste.
  8. Carefully place the top halves of the slider buns on to seal in all that goodness.
  9. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and the buns are toasted.
  10. Once golden, remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders are customizable with various toppings. They can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge and reheated in the oven.
