  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast: In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until bubbly.
  2. Mix in butter and eggs: Add melted butter and eggs, stir well to combine.
  3. Combine flour and salt: Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a softer dough forms. Knead until smooth and elastic, then let rise for 1 hour.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar over the buttered dough.
  6. Roll it up from one edge tightly into a log.
  7. Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  8. Second rise: Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Glaze those rolls: Mix powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
