Delicious Bisquick sausage balls that are savory and easy to make, perfect for gatherings and as a tasty snack or breakfast treat.

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the Bisquick mix, breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined, using your hands to thoroughly blend the ingredients.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
