A delightful pizza with creamy ricotta, sweet blackberries, and aromatic basil for a perfect flavor combination.

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Scatter the fresh blackberries on top of the ricotta.
  5. Add torn fresh basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
