A delicious and simple breakfast quesadilla filled with cream cheese, honey, and fresh blueberries, perfect for a quick and flavorful morning meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture over half of each tortilla.
  3. Top with fresh blueberries.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to make a quesadilla.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  6. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Pairs well with Greek yogurt, maple syrup, granola, or fresh mint leaves. Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days.
