  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the egg and mix until fully combined.
  5. Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
  7. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
