Delightful rolls filled with cream cheese and blueberries, wrapped in flaky puff pastry and dusted with powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into even squares.
  3. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and blueberries. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle shape, then seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the rolls cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
