  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each square of pastry and add a few blueberries on top.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a lovely finish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened and do not skip the egg wash for a golden finish.
