Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan well to ensure your monkey bread releases easily.
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, creating a fragrant blend.
  3. Cut the refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters and roll them into balls, coating in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Layer half of the dough pieces in the greased bundt pan.
  5. Sprinkle half of the blueberries over the dough.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and blueberries.
  7. Melt the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then pour over the layered dough and blueberries.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes before carefully inverting it onto a plate and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding lemon or orange zest to the sugar mix. Use high-quality vanilla extract for extra depth.
