A delightful twist on the classic club sandwich, featuring layers of crispy bacon, fried eggs, creamy avocado, and fresh tomatoes, perfect for a hearty breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Leafy greens (e.g., lettuce or spinach)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove it and let it drain on paper towels.
  2. Fry the eggs in the same skillet to your desired doneness.
  3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Layer leafy greens on one slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.
  6. Stack crispy bacon, fried egg, sliced avocado, and tomato on top.
  7. Finish with another layer of greens and top with the final slice of bread.
  8. Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Notes
