  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough into a large circle on a baking sheet, overlapping the edges slightly.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Cook the sausage and bell peppers in a skillet until heated through.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until just set, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the sausage mixture to the center of the crescent dough and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling to form a ring, pinching to seal.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
