A delightful harmony of flavors and textures wrapped in a warm tortilla, filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, crispy hash browns, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
  • Hash browns, cooked until crispy
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, until fluffy.
  2. Crisp the hash browns in another pan until golden and crunchy.
  3. Layer the scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon or sausage, and hash browns on a tortilla. Add sour cream and salsa.
  4. Wrap the tortilla edges towards the center to enclose the filling.
  5. Toast the wrapped crunch on a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, sliced in half to enjoy the delicious filling.

Notes

For quicker prep, use pre-cooked bacon or frozen hash browns. Adjust seasonings to your taste, and try different cheeses or add sautéed veggies for variations.
