A delightful breakfast wrap filled with scrambled eggs, crispy sausage or bacon, melty cheese, and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sausage or bacon, cooked
  • 1 cup Potatoes, hashed or shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Fresh vegetables (spinach, tomatoes, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup Salsa

Instructions

  1. Scramble the Eggs: In your trusty skillet, crack those eggs and stir them around until they reach that dreamy fluffy state.
  2. Cook the Sausage or Bacon: In the same skillet, bring the heat up and cook until crispy.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Warm them in a dry skillet or over low flame for a few seconds on each side.
  4. Layer the Fillings: On each warmed tortilla, add scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, cheese, potatoes, sour cream, fresh veggies, and salsa.
  5. Fold the Tortilla: Fold in the sides first, then roll it up like a burrito.
  6. Grill the Wraps: Toast them on medium heat until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice in half and serve warm for the best experience.
