  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana)

  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to your pizza crust package instructions. Slide in the crust and bake until golden.
  2. Allow it to cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust.
